If I look at myself in the mirror, well I cannot really say that I really ballooned. My arms and face are pretty much the same. It is really my midsection that has not reduced since I gave birth. That is why I still look like a few months pregnant. If ever, I need to burn some fats and also give my abdominals some exercise. I still think that the best ab workout is crunches and leg raises, but they say that crunches bring injury to the neck and do not really flatten the abs. So I dunno really. If I can remember, I would lie down and do some crunches. But I know that these are not enough. Maybe I just do it because I want to appease my conscience. Whatever. It is this bulge really that I want to get rid of.
