The lack of sleep has been slowly killing people and most do not know about it. Those who do make a choice. Either they continue to kill themselves slowly or do something about it so they can live a quality life with their family. Among those who continue the life of sleeplessness by choice, most often think that the waking times they spend will give them more time in a day. They forget that they are losing more years. There are those who wanted to sleep, though, but they just cannot. Either they have insomnia or something is inconveniencing them: the bed.

While people can make do with what they have, like a cot or a foamless bed, it would be nice to target a mattress that will give you better sleep. Going for a latex mattress or a memory foam mattress will be beneficial. Any of the two will give you comfort that will in turn give you better sleep. The latex mattress is better than the memory foam mattress, though.

Latex mattress is made up of natural raw materials. They are earth friendly. Although there is a certain percentage of synthetic materials in latex mattress, it is to be able to give the price more affordable because pure latex is very expensive. There are no harsh chemicals. It even performs better than a memory foam mattress when it comes to contouring and following your body curves. The memory foam mattress needs some waiting time for the body heat to soften the mattress. While the latex mattress is made of natural materials, the memory foam mattress is made of plastic and has been a culprit for itchy eyes, headaches and respiratory issues.

While memory foam mattress gives comfort, the latex mattress gives better comfort and will last longer over the years due to durability of the rubber sap.

In conclusion, the latex mattress is better than the memory foam mattress when it comes to composition, durability and comfort. The memory foam mattress is cheaper than the latex mattress. If money is no problem, you know what to choose.

• Clean up spills as they occur so you won’t be faced with one huge cleaning session.
• Did you know that you use 20% of your utensils 80% of the time? Any tool or appliance which doesn’t get used during a week of cooking should be cleaned and stored to save counter and cupboard space and cleaning time.
• It’s easier to clean a grill if you do it after each use. Also oil the grill rack before each use to make cleanup easier.
• Wash as you go. Fill one half of a double sink or a separate waterproof tub with hot soapy water and drop in utensils as you use them. Food won’t dry on the utensils and cleanup will be a breeze.
• Once every 7-10 days, remove all the food from your refrigerator, wipe down the inside with warm soapy water, clean all the shelves and trays, and then replace the food. As you work, check expiration dates and discard food past those dates. Place an open box of baking soda in the back of the fridge.
• Once a month, remove all the food from your pantry, wipe down with a clean damp cloth, check for spoilage and expiration dates, then replace items in their designated places.

It’s been a long time since I have made a household tip entry. So I decided to make one now! This is great especially when you have kids at home or if you feel like drinking a cold juice.

When the ice cubes melts in your juice, the drink will taste more like water. So, to prevent this from happening, make ice cubes made from your favorites juices. So when your juice cubes melt, your drink would taste just as the same! This is also good for children. They can have iced cube candies during their afternoon snack time.

I remember one time that I went to the office with clothes that smell like I came out from the closet. I smelled like a moth ball. It was kind of embarrassing but I have no choice. The cologne was my only ally for that day.
