I have three children and the two older ones are confirmed asthmatics. So to prevent them from having asthma attacks, we try our best to avoid them from being exposed to allergens that may trigger an attack. Many of these allergens are found in the house especially in beds. Dust mites, bed bugs and others are just to name a few.
So to prevent them from having an attack, we always change bed sheets every now and then. I know it is tiring but we have no choice. But if I do have money, I will buy a bed sheet that looks like an anti allergy mattress covers. They say it can prevent dust mites and bed bugs from getting to you thus preventing allergic reactions. They also call it healthy bed casings. It would be really nice to have few to cover the beds of my children!
