Bowel movement is essential to a person’s health. It is recommended that you do it every day. As for me, I was not able to develop such hobby instead I do it almost once a week, waiting for the call of nature to set in. Since it is not healthy, I tried to find ways to improve my bowel movement.
So here are the tips my friends told me:
1. Eat fiber rich food.
2. Try taking a natural colon cleansing supplement to get rid of toxins.
3. Drink lots of water.
4. Position yourself in the bathroom daily to give your body a queue to start the movement.
5. See a doctor if it lasts more than two weeks already.
