Sleep or Be Obese!
Since I could no longer sleep on time or I mean I am having a hard time to sleep, I am planning to get an insomnia treatment. I want to sleep back normally. I think being sleepless makes me restless and hot headed. Aside from that, I just read from Yahoo that sleeping late or not sleeping on time contributes to weight gain. So I think I need to sleep or else I will be obese!!
Planning for a Family Vacation
